American Trucking Associations and Con-way Freight have teamed up to launch a national public service announcement safe-driving campaign for the holiday season.

Heavy-duty parts maker ArvinMeritor said Tuesday it will acquire Mascot Truck Parts, based in Ontario, Canada. Terms were not disclosed.
