LOS ANGELES — The Pacific Coast Highway reopened Feb. 3, nearly a month after it was closed when flames from the deadly Palisades Fire ripped through hillside Los Angeles neighborhoods.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump will put in place 25% tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico and 10% tariffs on goods from China effective Feb. 1, the White House said.
