Phoenix Group Gets Contract With H.E.B. Unit in Mexico

Logistics provider the Phoenix Group landed a construction logistics contract with the Mexican division of H.E.B. Grocery Co. of Houston that will more than double the size of its construction management division, Phoenix said.

Diesel fuel’s national average price rose slightly, gaining 0.6 cent to $2.674 a gallon, its sixth straight gain, the Department of Energy reported.

The national average price of diesel fuel rose for a fifth week, climbing 1.6 cents to $2.668 a gallon and topping last week’s price its highest this year, the Department of Energy said.
