American Trucking Associations’ President Bill Graves rode along Feb. 3 with the third-generation truck driver and 37-year Roadway employee on a four-hour trip to Carlisle, Pa.



The trip gave the ATA chief executive, who took office Jan. 15, a chance for a long talk on industry issues with an experienced driver and a refresher run through parts of four states and on major interstate highways.
