OHL Names New Chairman, CEO

Ozburn-Hessey Logistics has named Scott McWilliams executive chairman of its board of directors and Bert Irigoyen chief executive officer, the company said in a statement.

McWilliams, a 20-year employee of the logistics company, was its chief executive officer prior to the appointment, a position he had held since 2001. He was its president from 1996 to 2001.

Irigoyen joined OHL in 2006, and has been its president and chief operating officer since 2009, the company said Thursday. Prior to working for OHL, he worked for Nightingale and Associates, a management consulting firm.

“I am thrilled to become the next CEO of OHL at a time when there is so much momentum in the business,” Irigoyen said.

OHL, Brentwood, Tenn., is ranked No. 23 on the Transport Topics Logistics 50 listing of U.S. and Canadian logistics companies.
