Old Dominion Launches Vault Logistics Division

Old Dominion Freight Line has introduced Vault Logistics, a new third party-logistics provider.

Vault Logistics unites several of Old Dominion's existing business units into a new division that offers fleet and warehouse services, business solutions and truckload brokerage, the company said Monday.

Vault Logistics' president is Michael Venegoni, who has 33 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, the company said.

The new division, based in Thomasville, N.C., will serve customers nationwide.

Old Dominion Freight Line is ranked No. 18 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
