Panelists Discuss Averting ULSD Contamination
RLANDO, Fla. — A panel of experts said fuel transporters were working to develop handling procedures to prevent the contamination of ultra-low-sulfur diesel fuel as it is shipped through pipelines, saying the complexity of the system makes maintaining the fuel’s integrity difficult.

Pickell is the fuels team leader in the air enforcement division of the EPA’s enforcement and compliance assurance office.
