Rinchem Co. Acquires Carolina Tank Lines

Chemical management services company Rinchem Co. announced it acquired Carolina Tank Lines, a carrier based in Burlington, N.C.

“Our acquisition strategy is focused on adding partners based on specific capabilities that add to the growing suites of services offered by our business,” Chuck Breinholt, CEO of Albuquerque, N.M.-based Rinchem, said in a release. “CTL’s customer base will broaden Rinchem’s future abilities and help us expand our expertise in the pharmaceutical transportation and management areas.”

Carolina Tank Lines offers transportation services focused on medical instruments and supplies as well as diagnostics and food industries — and provides a valuable addition to the fleet of transportation assets within Rinchem’s logistics network. — Transport Topics
