- A sustainability report feature that allows customers to visualize their fleet’s emissions and identify areas for improvement
- A charge control feature for managing electric vehicle charging and identifying charging issues in real time
- An EV suitability report that provides fleets with a list of internal combustion engine vehicles in their fleet that are best suited for electrification

The company said tighter emissions regulations and demand for more sustainable operations are influencing businesses to better track and report progress toward their environmental, social and governance targets.
“To provide an accurate assessment of their ESG momentum, organizations need a simple way to analyze data points across their entire operations. We’re hearing this more often from our customers as they look for technology partners to track and report progress toward these goals,” Jeff Hausman, Samsara’s chief product officer, said in the April announcement.
