MW Systems’ founder and president, Tom Weisz, said he expected 50% to 75% of his customers over the next couple of years to adopt a new service that helps identify and track key performance indicators for trucking companies.

The Cleveland-based company provides transportation management software to about 450 for-hire and private motor carriers in North America and Europe.

“We’re arguably looking at the genesis of a new technology — the packaging of services and software together in one product that makes a long-lasting, high-level impact on an organization,” Weisz said Feb. 9 in announcing the availability of ResultsNow by TMW.

Weisz and his firm’s chief operating officer, Ken Thompson, met with Transport Topics reporters and editors to discuss their new venture.
