Iowa Court Cuts CRST Van Expedited Attorney Fees
A federal judge in Iowa has sliced to $1.9 million an award for attorney’s fees to CRST Van Expedited, the latest turn in a 10-year battle over a class-action sexual harassment lawsuit that a judge dismissed after ruling that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission brought a frivolous complaint against the carrier.

EEOC Appeals $4.7 Mln. Order in CRST Case
The Equal Opportunity Employment Commission on Sept. 30 appealed a federal judge’s order to pay CRST Van Expedited Inc. $4.7 million in attorneys’ fees and expenses in connection with the agency’s 2007 class action sexual harassment lawsuit the judge called “frivolous.”
