Orange EV announced a multiyear agreement to manufacture and deliver more than 25 EV yard trucks to Lazer Spot Inc. this year and next.

Harvest Partners said its managed funds have acquired Lazer Spot Inc. from Greenbriar Equity Group LP.

Lazer Spot Inc. moved to expand its distribution center yard management services by purchasing assets of Mesko Spotting Service Inc., a rival company based in Allentown, Pa., for an undisclosed amount.
