Capitol Agenda for the Week of July 31: 'Super Bowl of Safety'
Safety isn't sexy. When it comes to safe driving for the nation's truckers, though, at least there's the National Truck Driving Championships, where safety is prerequisite No. 1 in order to demonstrate your skills. Hopefully someday Congress will take note. Here's the week ahead for trucking on Capitol Hill.
