Orbcomm Inc. has agreed to acquire assets of WAM Technologies, a company that provides systems to monitor temperature and location of refrigerated ocean containers and related intermodal equipment.

Asset-tracking provider Orbcomm Inc. said it will launch six of its next-generation OG2 satellites from Cape Canaveral Air Force Base in Florida.
