SAN ANTONIO – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recognized seven shippers and four logistics firms for their efforts to reduce emissions as part of the agency’s SmartWay Transport Partnership at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals annual conference here Sept. 23.
