GlobalTranz Enterprises has completed its third acquisition this year, purchasing freight broker Worthington Logistics Solutions of Timonium, Md.

Technology and communications provider Trimble Inc. has added another company to its transportation segment with the June 9 acquisition of Innovative Software Engineering, a supplier of telematics systems, including electronic logging devices.

Diversified manufacturer Federal Signal Corp. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Truck Bodies and Equipment International, a leading U.S. manufacturer of dump truck bodies and trailers for Classes 3-8 vehicles.
