TravelCenters of America reported that Delaware’s Chancery Court awarded attorney’s fees and costs that the company incurred in its litigation with Comdata Inc., the Brentwood, Tenn.-based payments firm and division of Fleetcor. TravelCenters reported that Comdata on April 13 reimbursed about $10.7 million in costs and interest.
