Armored vehicle transportation company Brink’s said its fourth-quarter profit declined from a year ago while its full-year earnings rose.

Transportation and third-party logistics firm C.H. Robinson Worldwide reported a fourth-quarter profit of $103.2 million, or 62 cents a share, up 17.6% from $87.7 million, or 52 cents, a year earlier.

Logistics and intermodal firm Hub Group’s fourth-quarter profit jumped 25.7% to $12.5 million, or 34 cents a share, from $10 million, or 26 cents, a year earlier.

Kansas City Southern said it earned $51.8 million, or 50 cents a share, in its fourth quarter, compared with $32.3 million, or 34 cents, the previous year.

Norfolk Southern Corp.’s fourth-quarter and annual net income rose from the same periods a year earlier and it said it was boosting its quarterly dividend.

Canadian freight railroad Canadian Pacific’s fourth-quarter net income increased 27.1% to C$185.8 million, or C$1.09 per share, from C$146.2 million, or 87 cents, a year earlier.
