ChemLogix, a logistics firm serving the chemical industry, has established a new subsidiary, ChemLogix Global, to provide international logistics services, the company said Wednesday.

Swiss logistics firm Kuehne + Nagel said Monday that it will buy J. Martens Holding AS, a Norwegian service provider to the oil and gas industry, Reuters reported.
